Parenting is a demanding and challenging task and parents can often feel overwhelmed by the stressors involved.  When children and adolescents present with highly challenging behaviours and relationships become fraught with conflict, additional support can be invaluable.  Skills training can help with developing additional strategies and techniques to enable parents to manage behavioural difficulties and to engage in positive communications with their children / teens.
